There is finally a chill in the air and an excuse to break out a jacket and scarf. While I love the warm browns, rich burgundy and divine jewel tones of the Fall and Winter season, I can’t stay away from brights. Cobalt blue is one of my favorite colors and it pairs so well with so many different colors. This awesome scarf from Target is the tie that binds this outfit and inspired my choice of accessories.
